We have developed and patented the world's first technology for producing high-performance flexible structural composites based on ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). Our materials overcome the limitations of traditional composites: lighter, stronger, completely flexible. Each membrane is custom-designed and manufactured to guarantee extreme performance in every condition.
Our patented technology stems from a radical intuition: replacing the rigid stratification of traditional composites with an integrated flexible structure. We eliminated adhesives, solvents, and polyester films—often the weak points of conventional laminates—to create a material where structural fibers, thermoplastic matrix, and protective layers are fused together through a vacuum thermo-activated cross-linking process. There are no "layers" that can separate: there exists a single cohesive structure.
At the center of our technology is ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), a polymer with unique characteristics. Compared to traditional materials like carbon and aramids, UHMWPE offers superior strength-to-weight ratio, excellent resistance to abrasion and atmospheric agents (UV, humidity, salt), absence of glass transition at low temperatures, and total flexibility without loss of performance. Unlike carbon, which exhibits rigidity and tendency toward brittleness, or aramids, which degrade with humidity and UV, UHMWPE maintains its properties over time even in the most extreme conditions.
The 4T FORTE technology is based on a system we call Multi Micro Structure (MMS™). The material is composed of 16-20 micro-layers, each with a specific function: high-modulus structural fibers arranged according to load lines, a secondary grid for support and stability, a honeycomb layer that increases stiffness while maintaining minimum weight, outer layers resistant to UV and abrasion. Each layer is optimized for the specific application. The assembly process occurs under vacuum with thermo-activated cross-linking: the thermoplastic matrix melts and integrates all components into a single cohesive structure.

Superior lightness: Up to 25% lighter than traditional laminates with polyester film, without compromising structural strength.
Strength and durability: No risk of delamination because there are no bonded layers. Excellent resistance to abrasion and atmospheric agents (UV, humidity, salt).
Total flexibility: Completely flexible without loss of performance. They do not require special external protection, further reducing weight.
Dimensional stability: They maintain their designed shape over time, even under high loads and demanding conditions.
Customization: Each membrane is custom-designed, optimizing the number and orientation of layers for the specific application.
